I would rate it at a 4.5 if I knew how. The service is slow-no way around that fact but the service is great. Ali was our waiter and couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, as was his busboy Oscar. Ruby the manager was also on the floor helping. The split pea soup was huge as was the broccoli and cheese baked potato. My husband enjoyed his 3 beautiful fish tacos.My cousin enjoyed her eggplant parmigana while I enjoyed the homemade yummy french fries and portobello panini. The presentation of the cheescake was beautiful-more like a high end restaurant-and tasted delicious. The prices considering that it is a kosher restaurant and the size of the portions are not bad. The delicious bread was refilled without a problem. Definitely a place to return to. Thanks for being kosher!

The restaurant was right off of Brighton and kosher! The food was pretty good. Decent portion sizes, very flavorful. Menu had a great variety. Food came out fast , which was great because we came with our small children. Service was pretty good as well. We really enjoyed everything. They did a great job. Ambiance was good as well.

I heard a lot of rave reviews from my friends about this cafe that serves gourmet kosher dairy dishes that are apparently all made in house from scratch by a talented local chef, using only the freshest, premium quality ingredients. So on this very chilly, snowy mid March day decided to stay in and order some yummies. Delivery was relatively fast, everything arrived neatly packaged and even covered with a special tape to prevent any tampering with food which I personally really liked and appreciated this extra safety measure. Corn chowder which came with a slice of very fresh corn bread was exactly what doctor ordered-hot, hearty, but not heavy, full of unique flavor, perfectly seasoned and definitely had a homemade feel. Mozzarella sticks were pricey but in my opinion worthy as they were large, crunchy, savory, cheesy and the accompanying sauce fabulously enhanced the overall taste. Of course star of the meal was the Wild Mushrooms Risotto-it was truly delicious with an incredible aroma of the real wild mushrooms, perfectly cooked and seasoned rice, fantastic texture and palate. The only tiny thing that was missing in my opinion and that I personally would love to have an option to add and gladly would pay extra for-more cheese. To me it needed more parmesan cheese but other than that it was superb-9.9 out of 10. Prices a bit on a high side, but the quality is great and portions are huge enough for a few people to share. They have an extensive menu and I heard that their in house made desserts are outstanding so would love to try more dishes and sweets next time and also dine there in person.

The food was delicous. Everything we ordered was extremely flavorful. I loved the mushroom risotto. The malawach plate was huge. Pizzas made to perfection. Gnocchi with cream sauce was heaven. Plain croissant was large and fluffy. We had a lot more. Service was excellent.

I heard so much about this place before coming here and it surpassed my expectations! I wish I'd have gotten our server's name because he was excellent--very friendly, helpful, not pushy but not absent. The food was very good. My husband loved the mozzarella sticks and the porcini crusted sea bass was divine! When we got the bill I was surprised to see how low it was despite all we ordered--they are *very* well priced! Will definitely back and will wholeheartedly recommend to others!

Really nice addition to the area. Non-meat Kosher restaurant. A lot of the wait staff is new and doesn't know the menu too well, but they are really nice. Food is delicious. Drink options available. Came here on a weekday night and they were able to take a large group an hour before close. All seats were taken otherwise- it was busy, but we got served in a timely and professional fashion.

Hidden Gem in Sheepshead Bay/Manhattan Beach Everything here was made from scratch and absolutely delicious! We had the Fish Tacos to share, Eggplant Parm, and Gnocchi with Mushroom Sauce. The sauces tasted amazing and you could tell everything was made with love. For dessert, we split a Lemon Curd Cheesecake that was by far the best cheesecake we had ever had! With indoor and outdoor seating available, you can't go wrong!
